Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order has been confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Most orders are expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, your shipping confirmation will include the information needed to follow your package's journey. Please allow a short period after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your delivery information before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change its destination.

Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
